Inventory/ Website Manager

Manage our online/digital presence for all vehicles. Including photos, videos, vehicle descriptions, option lists for all vehicles. Create social media content, photo and video, to promote our company, employees, testimonials, and know-how. Some portion of your work will be outdoors in varying weather conditions.

 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

 

  • Able to maintain quality of work in an independent environment.
  • Completing auction purchases, ordering transportation for VINs to and from the auction
  • Bill all new car purchases to Floor plan
  • This position requires the ability to be on your feet and enter/exit vehicles with ease.
  • Photograph, Video & apply window labels to vehicles.
  • Keep website up-to-date with vehicle specifications and availability
  • Analyze information to make decisions and/or influence change
  • Analyze, forecast and interpret market and consumer trends for online implications

Automotive Mechanic

Responsible for the efficient, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of our vehicles, this position is a great way to start your career at Motor Max.  Pay is based on experience and certifications. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.

 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

  • Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order.
  • Communicating with Parts Department and General Manager regularly.
  • Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
  • The ability to work on all makes and models, including Foreign makes, is a "MUST."


**Qualifications:** 

 

  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles

  • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
  • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair

Receptionist

  • Answers telephone and directs callers to the appropriate associate or to their voicemail. Provides callers with company information (i.e. addresses, fax numbers, website etc.)

Automotive Title Clerk

This is a Title Processing based, experienced level position that directly assists clients with tag and title needs. All applicants must have prior automotive title clerk experience. It also requires, but is not limited to, basic office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning.

 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

 

 

  • Processes all used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
  • Prepares tax and title documents
  • Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications
  • Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete
  • Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles
  • Sign and organize all paperwork on each sale; check for completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.)
  • Receipt all monies received for car sales 
  • Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work
  • Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller at the end of the month
  • Create title report and amounts owed for flooring companies
  • Processes yearly renewal of dealer tags in conjunction with comptroller Stays abreast of title regulations

 

**Qualifications:** 

 

  • Dealership tag and title: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Basic working knowledge of accounting
